Our objective is to provide you high-level customer service and ensure that you are satisfied. If we have not placed a qualified tenant within 60 days of marketing your property and you wish to cancel your service with us, you can do so with no penalties.
RULES FOR THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We ask that you provide us with 30 days written notice so we can finalize with any interested potential tenants. Our goal is to return the property to you in the same or better condition than it was given to us.
Our thought is that you should not have to pay a property management company until they are able to produce some results. It is our commitment to you to do all of the necessary duties up front, before we accept payment. We will aggressively market your property, show the property, screen tenants, secure a lease, collect the security deposit and do a move-in inspection all before we get paid. We will only get paid once we have a qualified tenant who takes possession of the property.

A prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2. If a prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from:
Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or Charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
